IMPORTANT!

Because of security concerns regarding credit card transactions it will be necessary for customers to register their credit card information by calling CIMA each time you use the system.

Please call Greg Condie at (416)-485-3152 Ext. 224 after you complete your DMDS transaction.

Please note that the tracks are forwarded every Monday morning at 9:00am. To have your track make that weekly deadline please have it submitted along with credit card information no later than the Thursday before at 5:00pm E.S.T.

If you are adding more destinations to a track already in our system, you do not need to upload the track again. Just complete an invoice with the required fields and new destinations and then we will add them to that track once payment is approved. If you would like to update your information field (for example with new tour dates etc.) please fill in that as well.

The DMDS process

1. Complete all indicated fields on the DMDS order page. The "information" field allows you to post bio, tour or other promotional information for inclusion on the track detail page.

2. Check to see that all fields have been completed and then click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page and proceed to the destinations mail menu page.

3. The mail menu offers an extensive list of music industry destinations, which can be chosen by clicking on their names. Once chosen, destinations will appear in the adjoining field.

4. Should you want to deselect a destination, just click on it and it will disappear. A running total of charges for selected deliveries can be found at both the top and bottom of the page.

5. Once you have completed the selection of desired destinations, click on the "Send" button to submit your order.

6. Momentarily, you will receive an email acknowledgement of your order in the form of an invoice for your accounting purposes.

If you were unable to upload your track or graphics, please deliver the following to CIMA, together with a printed copy of the email acknowledgement:

1. A CD copy of the track to be delivered

2. A maximum of two digital images of artist related graphics, together with your company logo (500kb max each) in electronic format on disc, in the same package as the CD of the track
